Order getting mapped under wrong account in Siebel 8.1.1.14

Hi All,

Recently we have observed in Telecom based project that activation orders for a particular account get mapped under some other account.

While the billing account id remains the same as intended.

Also, this happens in case of both accounts having same account name.

Example we have a Mr.A as account name in CRM. Another account gets created with same name Mr.A. Now activation order coming for second Mr.A comes. It gets mapped to first Mr.A account. However, the assets get created successfully under second Mr.A account.

We have checked the complete order submission and order upsert journeys (SISOMBillingSubmit WS and SWIOrderUpsert). All consist of the right account id. No idea how at the end, account id gets changed to other one.
