Background/Highlight of radio buttons, oracle forms 11g

Hi,

I have some design issues with forms 11g.

In fact, in forms 6 we had an highlight (on query mode) which was unified like on this screenshot :

But in 11g, we have something like this :

I checked if, in my form, during the migration, the fields were reduced but it's not that, as you can see below :

Did you ever had this kind of issues, and do you have anything in order to help me ?
