Getting error:The descriptive flexfield with application name Work in Process (WIP) and name WIP R

Hi All,

I am getting below error even i have checked DFF frozen check box for WIP Resource Transactions. Kindly advise me. Please the attached check box where i have done the compile.

Error Message:

The descriptive flexfield with application name Work in Process (WIP) and name WIP Resource Transaction (WIP_TRANSACTIONS) is not frozen. Please contact your system administrator.
