golden gate encryption key change

Hi,

We are doing password change every quarter and also changing the key in prm files .After changing in *.prm file the new key we need to bounce the extract/replicate for change to be effective.

Now I don't want to start the extract/replicat which is already down intentionally - Can somebody pls suggest a line of code/modification required  here- code is attached
