Multi Currency Payment using a USD EEFC account.

We have a functional currency INR current account and a USD currency EEFC account.

We would like to make payments to invoices recorded in foreign currencies(non-USD) like EUR, YEN etc using the USD EEFC account. How can this be achieved?

I tried setting the "Multiple Currencies Allowed" option at the Bank account level but system gives the error:

"Please deselect the Multiple Currency option as it is not allowed because the Bank Account currency is not equal to the Ledger currency."
