A version of P42101 on P983051 shows Modified By (alias USR0) a specific user with no access to processing options.

The user does not have fastpath.

The user does not have Navigation.

We are not using Task Views, only pages.

The user does not have Favorites created.

We would like to understand how the user was able to view, even if no changes were made, the processing options directly from a page and update the Last Modified field. This causes confusion and concern that processing options are being updated.

We are on 9.1 and tools release 9.1.5

I found bug 21156285, however, this identifies the issue of updating the Last Modified when a user views the processing options and 'cancels' with no update. The user above does not have access to view PO's.
