HTML5 browser Compatibility - Local Storage - Fail issue on IP15.4 - IE11

Hi,

I am unable to Login to Siebel Thin client after compilation and server restart, this happens once in a while after compile. To illustrate, once I provide login credentials and click "Login" button or press "Enter" key nothing happens.

Whenever I see this Login Issue, It is observed that "HTML5 browser Compatibility - Local Storage - Fail" status on IE11.

After rebooting my system, everything works fine.

Note:

a) I am not on Enterprise Mode nor "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" option is checked.

b) Chrome works fine during this time.
