Open BI Publisher 11g PDF output in browser window with 100% height

When submitting BIP 11g reports from Webcenter portal using below url,PDF output HEIGHT in browser window(IE11) is NOT maximize or NOT 100%:

http://host:port/xmlpserver/XXXXX/report.xdo?_xdo=/XXXXX/report.xdo&_xmode=4&_xt=default&_xf=pdf&....--

Please read Tim Dexter earlier thread   Open PDF-Output in browser window with full height and his response is "would require an enhancement to support 100% as well as a fixed height. "
