BIP Scheduler in OpenUI, I am not getting the Schedule section while running the report in siebel Op

I am not getting the Schedule section while running the report in siebel OpenUI Ip 2015. Does anyone has BIP schedule enabled in siebel Open UI, if so can you let me know for any additional configuration i need to do. I already have XMLP_SCHEDULER responsibility
