Report filter on multiple account addresses

Is it possible to filter on multiple addresses assigned to a single account?  I have several accounts with multiple addresses and a report for sales based on geography. If an account has one New York address and one Chicago address and my report is for Chicago sales, then I want it to find this account and any associated sales. However, I have only been able to get the report to filter on the original/main address listed on each account form in the address block.
