Can a report filter compare a field value to a list of values contained in a CSV or other file? In p

In a report, I want to compare the Post Code field of certain Accounts in CRM On Demand to see if the Account's Post Code field value begins with any values in a list of codes that I have in a CSV file. Is this possible?
