Can someone confirm that for 9.1 the ESU with most current changes is JM19477 for ACA 1094C?

I wanted to make sure that we had the latest ESU that includes all ACA for 9.1.  Is that JM19477?  I am getting an error when i select the transmission option, but maybe i have a missing ESU?

See error below...Do i need to enter a SR?
