Affordable Care Act - IRS Test for Electronic Filing

Before submitting your Affordable Care Act 1095-C and 1094-C electronic files, you must submit a test to the IRS with a sample from your records. The IRS has provided a few test scenarios that you can use.  JD Edwards EnterpriseOne recommends using IRS Test Scenario 7.

KM Doc ID 2132236.1: Example of How to Set Up Test Data for IRS Communication Test Scenario 7 provides a step by step process for creating your test file.  In addition, examples of the transmission and manifest files are provided.

Note: Please be advised that you cannot submit your test to the IRS until JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software is certified.  We are currently awaiting certification. Please refer to
