Lot origination quantity is wrong in lot genealogy for a Batch

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Lot genealogy form , the Origination column not showing  the Correct Batch Quantity as of Work order details TAB.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No  difference in Quantity is allowed..

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate --> Lots --> Lot genealogy .

In the Work order details TAB Check for the Quantity completed .

The same Quantity need to reflect in Origination -->  Quantity field .

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the correct details .
