FG doing outside party

Right now i have using R 12.1 but  we can't upgrade to 12.2.4, If any other way regarding below mention business scenario.

 

Scenario 1:

 

The Raw material given to thirty party they are given FG. I have pay only for service charge.

 

Scenario 2:

 

Thirty party is give the Raw material to me, i have produced the product and give to him. regarding this they pay the Service charge to me.

Please guide..
