How to use one stock locator for more than one subinventory?

Hi,

I was facing issue with Stock Locator creation through API. While creation of Stock Locator through API I'm getting below error:

This Stock Locator is present in another sub inventory.

Same failed record at API level created successfully from Application [From Form]. Can some have any idea how to create Stock locator in multiple Sub Inventories with in the organization.
