Image Creator IP2015 Asking for Inexistent Base 8.1.1.0 Files

I have downloaded IP15 installables zip files and extracted the same in one folder on my local machine and i am facing same issue as discussed in BUG 21069121 .

While running the Image creator snic.bat utility it looks for Base version(SBA_8.1.1.0_Base_Windows_Siebel_Enterprise_Server.jar) ,which i havent even downloaded.

i tried making change in rsp file in siebel version to 15.0.0.0 and run the utility but same results were there.

Please help as this is the first step and i am stuck with installations .

INFO: Skipped SBA_8.1.1.0_Base_Windows_Siebel_Enterprise_Server.jar - Please run Siebel Image Creator again and add "Siebel_Enterprise_Server" to the network image, once all image files are available.
