How To Resolve Master Items Form in Oracle Inventory EBS R12 Returned Error:APP-FND-00698:Flexfield

We are currently experiencing this error message in Master Items form in Oracle Inventory EBS R12 :APP-FND-00698:Flexfield Segment Combination Not Found.However, we got the eleven items having issues with wrong expense account,encumbrance account and sales account.After correcting the wrong account codes, the error persisted and we therefore deleted the eleven(11) inventory items in the system.These steps did not resolve the issue.
