Reserve Summary inquiry

Hi All,

Need assistance in determining the criteria for how cost is calculated on the XXX Cost Detail Report vs XXX Reserve Detail Report. All assets appear with $0 cost on the cost detail report however there are two assets with a cost on the Reserve Detail Report.
