Java error with BI Publisher

BI Publisher worked fine for me until the recent Java update. At least that is the only change I see on my system.

After loading sample data in a template file, when I click generate PDF (or any other format) I get the attached error.

After I click on OK in that popup, I get the following message.

javaw -Xmx256M -jar "C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\jlib\RTF2PDFv2.jar" "C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Oracle\BIPublisher\TemplateBuilderforWord\tmp\tb_param.xml"
