Conflicting Dates

We have an employee that is unable to be terminated. We're receiving a "Conflicting Dates" error. The employee has a check that has a Pay Period End Date that is greater than their Check Date. I wrote a SQL statement to correct the PPED in F06156 and F0618. I'm still not able to change the EE to terminated. Where else do I need to correct the date and is the only way to correct it through SQL?
