trying to discover servers with OVM Manager, sees server but gets msg OVMAPI_4010E attempt to send

On the OVM Manager,   trying to discover servers with OVM Manager,  I put in the Ipaddress and   I get msg OVMAPI_4010E  attempt to send command get_yum_config to server.

and "sync command failed on server"
