SR Summary & Resolution_Summary Audit

The incident Summary & Resolution_Summary columns exist in the CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_TL table, but I can't find where the audit data for these columns exist in 12.1.3.  We are trying to find out how the Resolution_Summary value is getting erased.  We would also like to expose the audit data in the Audit Report on the Service Request form.
