Expense Location is not defaulted on line level in Peoplesoft Mobile pages

Hi ,

We are currently on version 9.2 Image - 13 ,we are facing a issue where "Expense Location is not defaulted on line level in Peoplesoft fluid pages". I found the Bug 21797696 : EXPENSE LOCATION IS NOT DEFAULTING IN FLUID PAGE and we applied this bug fix but even after applying the patch fix Expense location is still not defaulting.

Did anyone observe such issue or can help me what could be the possible reason.
