Last Updated By, Last Updated (Date Stamp) in Address Book 12.2.5

Address Book > Sites > Identification Tab > when clicking on Attachments in 12.1.3 another webpage opens.  "Personalize Fow Layout: (AttachmentTableHeader).  Within this page it shows the attributes of the attachment - Title, Type, Description, Category, Last Updated By, Last Updated, Usage, Update, Delete, Publish to Catalog

Using the same navigation in 12.2.5, when clicking on Attachments another page does not open up and the Last Updated By and Last Updated date is not present.

Was this replaced in 12.2.5?
