Pricing based on custom form information and Order Import

Hi,

I have a requirement wherein user will enter customer, ship-to & bill-to and the item serial number (optional). System should fetch the data shipped (SO number, item, etc) against the information provided. User upon retrieving the info, should be able to auto create RMA , RMA receipt and then again create a new Sales Order with different order type.

User will only select Order type and rest of the information i.e. customer, ship-to, bill-to, price list, discounts, item, etc should be populated into the imported sales order automatically. Having said I plan to create a small custom form that will pull original sales order information that will be used to import RMA, and perform RMA receipt. However, I have problem in importing new order with right pricing that should happen based on already configured pricing setup with price list, qualifiers, modifier  i.e can we make a pricing engine call or a pricing request that will fetch pricing data including
