How to create SR using the newly created SI?

I have MOS account registered with a Support Identifier having admin privilege.

I am able to create SR using this SI.

I have created a new SI but not able to create SR with the new SI.

Note: I have admin privilege on newly created SI. While creating SR the new SI is not listed in the drop-down list.
