External email is coming for Submitted jobs

Hi Team,

We have enabled external email functionality for purchase approvals and we are receiving approval message to external mail box ,but we are also getting EMAIL for Submitted jobs which is not required.Can anyone please let me know is there any way to turn off from the front end directly or is it required back end setup (Which CNC handles).

I have verified Work flow messages LM0021 & LM0022 which are in Glossary group Y- PPAT level messages and error level is 1- error message.
