On Hand quantity not considered in R3482

Hi,

MRP program generates order messages for the QTY when on Hand is available. The lots are effective and getting expired only after a year. The BA in my time series is blank as well.

For the above results -R3482 Processing option are set to "BLANK" on include expiry dates and "1" for decrease safety stock. Past due as "0". Generation start date as 2-May-16.

If I change the Processing option "1" for Include expiry dates and maintain the rest same as above then MRP has correct on hand and BA in place.

If I change my processing option to "Blank" for include expiry and the past due period to "2". then MRP has correct on Hand and BA in place.
