Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

We have a requirement where we want to leverage Siebel Inbox functionality for Contact. Requirement is below:

In Pension Screen which is Parent
Contact is Child of the Pension
Beneficiary is the Child of the contact
If beneficiary is above certain age then it should go for the approval in Siebel Inbox for Pension benefit.

Can we achieve it using Siebel OOTB Inbox approval functionality. If Yes then pls do let us know the steps to achieve it.
