Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Data loading is slow

oracle : 11.2.0.4 2 node RAC

Os : Linux

Users complaining data loading is slow.

no error reported in alert log

AWR shows 85% spent on CPU time time spent on Inserts SGA and PGA are also allocated sufficient pl. review AWR and alert log

though GC process in top 5 events
