where is the Debite recievable account when I enter the miscellaneous recipet ?

when I apply the miscellaneous receipt   & view accounting the journal entries show the receivable account credit and the cash account debit , because of the miscellaneous receipt not linked and create transaction ( invoice )   I wondering where is the debit of receivable account &  the revenue account
