Want to stop Immediate Print for the USER

Hello All,

There is one user that want to stop immediate print for UBE Version. We have option during the submission of UBE from the printer location we unchecked the Immediate print however this thing we need to do all time. User don't want this.

Please suggest, Is their any security or need to changes some where.
