BI Publisher - Unable to display 'Date and Time' parameter in the report

Hello,

I am trying to add 'Date and Time' parameter/icon to the report to display 'Time of the Run' as shown below:

 

Although it is working fine in 3 different environments but isn't working in Production Environment as shown below:

All the environments are alike in terms of configuration. No changes have been made in the recent times. Can anyone please advise where can I go look for this issue in terms of Configuration File/Admin Settings etc.

Appreciate any inputs. TIA!
