Third Party Rep does not receive the booking alert but receives the shipping alert.

HI All,

We have an issue like Third Party Rep does not receive the booking alerts but receives the shipping alert. This Third party Rep is entered as Sales Credits in the Sales order.

Ca you please suggest what was the root cause for this?
