Is it possible to restrict project numbers in iProcurement/Purchasing using Key Member functionality

Can we restrict the project number list in iProcurement using Out of Box functionality/Configuration?

For Example,


When a person logs into iProcurement, can we limit the projects listed in PTAEO string to only show the projects where the person is assigned as key member? Can this be achieved using out of box configurations?
