RAC and DataGuard DB running Goldengate upgraded to 12c - ggs also upgraded to 12.2.0.1 - did a site

hi, we have been running goldengate in our 11g RAC and Data Guard instances for quite sometime. Since upgrading the db and goldengate to 12c, our site switch procedures are not working for goldengate to restart the extracts.

The process was: shutdown gg on Primary being switched to standby; 2) perform DG site switch and make the former standby the primary; 3) copy old primary gg files in dirdat, and dirchk to new primary; 4) restart mgr and extract processes.

Since the upgrade, the following errors were encountered:
