BS: Gantt UI Service error: Hover/Click on Calendar GanttChart OUI Applet

Hi,

When I try to create an Invite in Calendar, application takes me to Calendar detail view where I can setup an Invite. On hovering or clicking the Participates Name or Invite time, I am getting an error  'Cannot get service: Gantt UI Service'. Looking into the log, It is understood that application was trying to call Tooltip method which failed to invoke the BS 'Gantt UI Service'.

Disabling the applet Userproperty 'EnableTooltip' stopped invoking the BS.

I am on IP15 and didn't customize the Calendar functionality yet.

Question:

a) Where can I find the configuration that is helping to invoke the BS on hovering?
