Registered menu item not showing in application designer

I have a component that is registered to a Menu and when I do a "Find Definition References" in Application Designer it refers me back the menu and even to a specific Bar Item, but the component is not visible on any of the Bar Items. I have tried to re-register the component to the Menu, but when I try to save it tells me the Component name is not unique.

It seems that the component is hidden in my Menu, but I don't know how to make it appear again. I have never had this issue before and I wonder if this is security or if there is a trick to making the component show up again in the Menu.
