Incompatibility based on operating unit(org_id)?

Hello Everyone,

I would like to understand is there is a way to enforce incompatibility based on operating unit or org_id from which the program is submitted.

Illustration:

1. Assume that I have created custom program "A" registered to run based on operating units.

2. Program "A" is attached to request group where all operating can use this program to process their revenue with custom condition.

3. I have 20 OU from which all users might submit the program in parallel as my program "A" is designed to run based on OU I don't want to have incompatibility at concurrent program level.
