12.2.4 Special Calendars - different considerations for leap years?

We are trying to configure a special calendar for some of our payment terms.  Our desire is to have the scheduled payment date always appear as a Thursday, which is the day each week when we perform our payments.  This will ensure that our Metrics are accurate and that our suppliers always see the correct due date for their payments in our portal.

If we define this special calendar for the next 6 years, can we use '53' as the Periods Per Year?
