Single Instance of Oracle used by 2 Microsoft Windows Server simultaneously

Hello,

Need to ask that we need to build a system like this

We have two Microsoft windows servers and an External Storage is there.

Could it be Possible that single oracle instance installed and running on External Storage and these two servers connects to that oracle database instance and working simultaneously...?

What we need to do for such kind of architecture? How can we achieve this? If it is not possible than what is the best alternative solution for it?
