External Repairs Process

We have a need to set up an external repair process for the cases when we have to send out the equipment to be repaired by our suppliers. I have been reading the notes about External Repair Execution and I don´t understand how can I integrate in our process.

Our needs are : there are times when the material comes back to be repaired and we don´t do it. We send it out to a supplier so that they repair it and send it back to us so that we can ship it back to the final customer.

Basically, what happens in an internal repair process is :
