What are the benefits from increasing the log severity ( to trace 32)

Hi All,

We are using Hyperion ARM 11.1.2.3.501 and we have been facing issues related to application down, we have contacted the oracle support and they advised to increase the log level to get the clear picture on the error information.

Can someone please explain the benefits and issues of increasing the log level as we need to discuss the same with the stake holders,
