Scheduling concurrent request using script or back end?

Hello Everyone,

We use to schedule more than 200 program in production environment and whenever we bounce the database or do certain DBA activities sometime these 200 programs are getting error out where we need to again schedule them, is there is a way were we can run specific script so that schedule will happen in less time?
