RPAS shortcut arguments

Hi we have foundation.fcf file on a file server and we access it from the desktop RPAS shortcut. Because of the new authentication rules, the file server doesn't accept null passwords and expects username/password. My query is, is it possible to include username/password details as an argument from the shortcut like -fcf,

"C:\Program Files\Oracle\RPAS Client\foundation.exe" -fcf  \\fileserver\rpas\foundation.fcf
