How to create a customer to appear in 'Insurance Comapny' LoV under 'Third Party Insurance' section

Hi,

We are trying to create a Customer which should appear in 'Insurance Company' field under ' Third Party Insurance' section in Lease Contract Manager Responsibility.

If when I create a supplier that provides Insurance in supplier page, Organization tab, for the supplier in Supplier type fieldwe  select 'Insurance Company', and i follow this setup:

    1. In Oracle Purchasing Lookups form (Menu Path: Setup / Purchasing / Lookup Codes)

    2. Query Lookup type - VENDOR TYPE and add a new Lookup Code under it = 'INSURANCE', Meaning & Description = 'Insurance Company'

  

What setup should I follow for the customer to appear in Insurance Company LoV under
