Installed ESU does not appear in software updates screen

Hello,

We replaced JDE server machines and updated JDE tools from 9.1.3.1 to 9.1.4.7.

After the replacement, I saw an issue of Doc ID 1611781.1 (E1: PRINT: Submit Batch Version with *JDE*CUSTOM Gets "Invalid Value" Error).

Today, I try to apply an ESU JM18666 mentioned in the document to solve the issue.

After running JM18666.exe on our deployment server, I cannot see the ESU id in P96470(Work with Software Updates) and jde.log shows the messages below:

> JdeJvm::CheckForExceptions() - Stack Trace for Exception : java.lang.NullPointerException: password

> at com.jdedwards.database.jdb.JDBStandalone.connect(Unknown Source)

> at oracle.e1.database.copytablexml.StandAloneCopyTableXML.getConnection(Unknown Source)
