In-session notifications are not triggered when breaching thresholds (BRM 7.5)

We are trying to enable in-session notifications for reaching threshold limits on certain resources. We are testing it on DATA usage currently. Notifications are now being generated only when stop accounting is called. But we want notifications also when making reauthorizations. We enabled piggyback and now additional array with piggyback data is sent in output flist. In that piggyback array there is also message for "Credit threshold exceeded" when threshold is exceeded during reauthorization. But there is no notification visible in eai_js pinlog. Notification is generated only when stop accounting is called.

Any ideas?
