Lower & Upper Hourly rate in Job Classification Constant
Dears,
I had setup the lower & upper hourly rate in P05923 although when i entered a new employee in P0801 with the same business unit and Job that i added in P05923 the system accept an Hhourly rate greater then the range defined.
So does anyone how does it works or is there any other setup to do ?
What i think that those range validate on the employe's hourly rate calculated by the annual salary entered when adding a new employee, am i right??
